^＊ A “special account” is one opened in the shareholder’s name by the Company on January 5, 2009, the effective date of the dematerialization of share certificates, to secure the rights of shareholders who were not using the Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc.

Requesting Delivery of Documents (Electronic Provision System for General Meeting of Shareholders Materials)

Shareholders who wish to receive printed materials for the General Meeting of Shareholders are asked to submit a request and complete the necessary procedures by the record date of the meeting (March 31 of each year), either with the transfer agent (Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation) or with the securities company where their accounts are held.
